Why Choose Us?

All our family dogs have been rescued dogs, so everyone we talk about or you'll meet has come to us from another family or a rescue centre. We work hard to train and support the needs of our dogs with treats being a key part of their drive to learn and settle into our family home. 

Taking Bertie & Bentley to the vet for their annual check-up, our vet asked how we clean their teeth, our answer...we don't. Our vet commented on how amazing the guy's teeth & gum health was based on their ages (8 & 11 yrs). As well as both being rehomed dogs, they have a few other things in common as we've always fed our dog's natural treats and good quality food. 

We started The Hungry Hownd as we believe every dog deserves a treat and wanted to support other pet parents in offering great products to their pets at affordable prices. Everything we offer is something we would give to our own dogs, however, please be aware not all dogs are the same - yours may not like or may have an allergy to some products.
