  • Delivery:
  • We use a variety of services (Royal Mail, Yodel etc) for delivery of our postal orders, we will send you the tracking number once your order has been despatched.
  • If you are local or in the area, we'd be delighted to see you, please select click & collect when placing your order.
  • If you live locally and within our home delivery radius we can deliver your order for a small fee, please select local when placing your order.

 

  • How long does delivery take?
  • We aim to process your order within 48hrs, once we have posted your order we would expect your parcel to be with you within 3 working days. 

 

  • Can I return my order?
  • We want you to be happy with your purchase, please get in touch with us before you return your order to us so we can find the best solution for you. Refunds will be processed to the payment type in which you paid. 


  • My parcel is damaged
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt, contact us as soon as possible and please take some photos of the damage so we can investigate further. 


  • Can I change my order?
  • Please get in touch with us as soon as possible, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. If we have packed and tracked your order, sadly we are unable to make any changes.
